“Music” for your heart

“Org blog” can be a powerful conversational tool in an organization, and we all see that it is an excellent resource for internal communication, and it has a positive impact on productivity for solving problems.

Each coin has two sides. Although it is great, I have to say that it has some shortcomings as well. 

• Sometimes, it is lack of interest of the content
•  Free talk brings out losing control
• Insistence on imposing blogging policies and rules

Finding interesting topic to attract readers is not a easy thing.Boring topics and information will lead to poor efficiency. Also, since blog is an open website which can be accessed by anyone. Company may feel lose of control about information delivery.

Besides this, we often face a recurrent problem: many of the conversations that take place within organizations look more like a ping pong game than true collaboration.
