You wanna your blogs be traffic, just like people want to be famous.
Tips:
1.Be fresh! 
Post late or post early, it doesn’t matter, but do post often.

2. Join a blog network and collect email addresses
Read at least 100 bloggers to find a good one to join in
When Guy Kawasaki started his blog, he sent out 10,000 email announcements.

3.Comment on others’ blogs
If there is a blog you like, leave a comment on the site
Leave a link of your blog URL and email address  for people checking back you

4.Find a “book-dairy” way to do your blogs
For the “book” way–you do need plans for your audience to read your blogs when you are writing a blog.
For the “dairy” way–you do need to present your voice form your heart.
